✥ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE LIMITS: Bring it! Rowena is neither a physical fighter nor strong, but she is quick to use her magic and will use it to defend herself or attack in retaliation. Or kill. Let's plot it out!
✥ OPEN TO MANIPULATION? Absolutely. Rowena is a queen of manipulation and will likely be doing some in return. Whilst she'd like to think she can tell when she's being manipulated she's often quite short-sighted and misses it.

✥ WHAT KIND OF MENTAL PRESENCE DO THEY HAVE: She will project a lot of strength and attitude, acting as if she has no vulnerabilities but lots of goals and charm. Underneath, there's various fears and trauma that Rowena tries to keep very hidden: she doesn't want anyone seeing her vulnerabilities.
✥ ...AND MAGICAL? Rowena almost radiates power. She's a powerful witch and is able to sense supernatural/magical presences.
✥ RELATIONSHIPS: If she's interested you'll know about it. She's here for casual flings but could settle to a relationship, though unless there's real chemistry or slowburn it'll be a fake-on-her-side relationship. A good way to her heart? Make her feel treasured and safe. To her pants? Look great and have good banter.

Rowena is a very powerful witch and whilst she also no qualms about how she uses her magic (often to hurt people, or just for her own gain) to make rp fun there'll be limitations on how Rowena uses her magic. What Rowena will not do (without ooc consent) is any magic that would affect another character, particularly in terms of controlling or manipulating them. In a fight, she would freely attack someone, however she will not cast any of her spells that control someone (such as her attack dog spell) without an ooc conversation first. Larger scale magic will always come with a permission-ask first or will not be used in a thread.

General things that Rowena could do (and will be checked oocly!):

★ immobilise/trap someone
★ healing
★ telepathy (through astral projection)
★ self add more when you think of shit

tl;dr we're all here for fun and Rowena is powerful but ooc comforts and fun for all is more important than her just doing things. And her canon arc is a very slowburn redemption where she becomes less free (by choice) at harming and controlling people with her magic.
